Risksheet Menu and toolbar

The Risksheet Menu and toolbar provide quick access to essential actions and tools that streamline user interaction with data on the Risksheet. From adding new items and navigating history to applying filters, the toolbar is designed to enhance usability and efficiency. 




TABLE OF CONTENTS


Document

  • Save - saves your current session into a new revision (same as Polarion revision)
  • Reload - reloads your Risksheet
  • Open Live Document - opens the LiveDoc Risksheet is based on in a new tab
  • Status - lets you change the status according to your workflow
  • Back to listing - redirects you back to the list of Risksheets

History

  • Show Baselines - shows all baselines 
  • New Document Baseline - lets you create a new document baseline
  • Open Revision - lets you manually open a specific revision (same as Polarion revision)
  • Compare to Revision - lets you manually compare your current session/revision with a specific revision
  • Open Change Log - opens the changelog that lists all revisions and baselines in a new tab

Edit

  • Undo - reverts the most recent change
  • Redo - reapplies an action that was just undone
  • Copy cells - copies your current selected cell to your clipboard
  • Copy items - copies items to the clipboard
  • Insert items below - pastes the item below the selected cell
  • Paste cells - page will say "Please, use keyboard shortcut: Ctrl-V" due to privacy reasons

Sort & Filters

  • Clear filters - clear all currently active filters
  • Reapply sorting and filters - reapplies active

Freeze

Freezes the columns of your Risksheet - same functionality you might know from Excel

  • No columns
  • 1 column
  • 2 columns
  • Up to selected column



Merge

  • Flat table - merged cells will be split into a flat table



Columns

  • Save Columns - saves your current view; next time you open the Risksheet, this view will be restored as the default
  • Reset columns - resets to the default view

Rows

  • Recalculate row heights
  • Open selected rows ... - opens the items in the selected rows in a new tab in the Polarion Work Items table view
  • Check stored formulas -  checks for the difference between the current and stored formula values

Configuration

Toolbar

  • Menu - as described in the section above
  • Save - saves your current session into a new revision (same as Polarion revision) 
  • Undo - reverts the most recent change 
  • Redo - reapplies an action that was just undone 
  • + "Item" - adds the Item on the 1st/2nd/etc. level - detailed article about the levels here
  • Remove row - deletes the entire row - detailed article about configuring this button here
  • + "Task" - adds the mitigation - detailed article about down-stream items here
  • Unlink Task - unlinks your mitigation
  • Reload - reloads data from the server
  • Select columns - shows a dropdown list of your saved views - detailed article about saved views here
  • Toggle Review - shows the reviews at the end of the Risksheet (if configured); detailed article here 
  • Toggle Maximized View - Risksheet becomes maximized, hiding the top panel
  • Search - searches and highlights the words you are searching for in the Risksheet
