This article describes what should you do if you have installed the Nextedy GANTT but you see the following information in the Polarion UI:
Most of the time it means that you have not performed the installation steps as desribed in INSTALL.txt or here. Namely the step "Delete [POLARION_INSTALL]/data/workspace/.config". This step is actually prescribed by the Polarion team if the new extension with WebApp is installed, this folder holds just some configuration caches that will be reloaded automatically.
If this is the case, please:
- Stop Polarion server
- Delete [POLARION_INSTALL]/data/workspace/.config
- Start Polarion server
If the issue still persists even after you deleted that folder, please report the issue here on a support portal.
