When creating a new blank Risksheet from the Risksheet page, you may occasionally encounter a pop-up message stating: “Document NOT Created.”
This guide will help you understand the possible causes of this issue and walk you through steps to resolve it effectively.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Incorrect template path
The first situation can be that the space naming in the template path is set incorrectly in the configuration properties.
The space is called "07 Risks", but the ID is "Risks". If you decide to use the title of the space in the Configuration properties, you will get the mentioned error.
Be aware of always using the ID of the Space, and not the title, to refer to in the template path.
Multiple templates
The second situation may happen if you have multiple templates.
You have 2 documents to refer to, and both of them correspond to the "Risks" space.
As you see, no matter that 2 pages are in the same space, you should repeat the path in the configuration properties.
nextedy.risksheet.risksheetTemplatePath=Risks/test name, Risks/Risk template
If you don't put the space name again, the document from the following templates will not be created, and you will get the previous error again.
No matter if multiple templates are in the same space or not, always refer to them in the template path.
