Troubleshooting: Reviewer access

If you’re unable to edit items in the Gantt widget and only have Reviewer access, it may be due to incorrect user group configuration or license synchronization. This article outlines the steps to ensure you have proper edit access.


Verify the User Group Configuration

Please navigate to Global Administration -> User Management -> Users. Ensure there is a group called nextedy_gantt_users. This group determines which users have editing rights in the Gantt widget. Now add all users who need Edit Access to this group.



Reload Licenses

After updating the user group, navigate to the Nextedy Gantt - License page. This step reloads all active licenses and applies the updated user access rights.
